Sweet BABY

Here are some new pictures of our sweet little one! Amber took him in for a wic appt. today and he weighs 7 lbs 1 1/2 ounces! he is 19 inches long. At first we thought he looked a lot like preston but now he has a look all his own! And look at my beautiful wife!...she looks so good for just having a baby two weeks ago!

Well I started one of my New Years resolutions today. I got my happy butt out of bed at 5:00 this mornig and went and swam laps! And today after work I worked out on my Perfect Pullup bar that I got for Christmas then ran a mile on our tredmill. I am so gonna stick with it this time, cuz it's sucks really bad to start over with all the aches and pains, but it will be sooooo worth it.

*WAHOO!!!!*

I'm so excited! The Steelers won their game today. It was a good game all in all. The Steelers got some really good sacs, Roethilsberger has one heck of an arm! The Ref's were really starting to make me mad though!... but it all worked out for the best! Just one game away from the Super Bowl. They play the Ravens next week, which I'm not to worried about cuz it will be the third time that they have played this season, and they beat them the first two times....so Keep your fingers crossed!

The Purpose Driven Life...

I have this on my scripture case...and I love it, so I thought I would share it.

The Purpose Driven Life
Since life is preparation for eternity, I want to use my time on earth fulfilling God's purposes for me:
I was planned for God's pleasure
-Worship-
I will use this day to get to know and love God better

I was formed for God's family
-Fellowship-
I will use this day to show love to other believers

I was created to become like Christ

I will use this day to make choices that grow my character

I was shaped to serve God

I will use this day to serve God by serving others

I was made for a mission

I will use this day to share the good news

Daddy's Handsome Boys!!! Preston and Jeremy are such good big brothers, and so excited to finally have Spencer here. Preston says, "I don't know what I'm going to do with two little brothers tackling me!" And Jeremy says, "Now I'm a big brother just like Preston!"

It's a New Year...that means it's time for New Year Resolutions. 2008 was a great year, but I'm looking forward to an even better 2009. My resolutions for this year are the the things that I needed to work on in 2008...Lord knows I'm a work in progress!!!!
*I want to be a better husband and dad
*I want to get healthy and loose some weight
*I want to read the Bible all the way through this year
*I want to finish my training and become a certified Technician
These are just some of my goals for this year!
